Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.2. Reservation and Service Execution

Purpose: Execution of reservations and services based on a contractual relationship.
Data processed: Name and surname, number of persons, contact details, reservation content, etc.
Legal basis: Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: 5 years after completion or settlement of all obligations.

2.3. Hotel Stay

Purpose: Guest registration in accordance with the Residence Registration Act.
Data processed: Name and surname, date of birth, gender, nationality, review of ID document for data validation.
Legal basis: Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention: 1 year after the end of the calendar year.

2.4. Video Surveillance

Purpose: Protection of persons and property.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); Article 93 of ZVOP-2.
Data processed: Video recordings of public areas inside the building and its exterior surroundings.
Retention: Up to 60 days.
Notice: You are informed in advance about video surveillance via signage. Details on video surveillance are available upon request at the hotel reception.

2.5. Website Visit

Purpose: Ensuring website functionality and visit statistics.
Data processed: IP address, date and time of visit, visited pages, browser type, etc.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (essential cookies) and consent (analytical cookies).
