Foodie Weekend in the heart of Pokljuka

A Special Weekend at Jakob’s Lodge – 17. – 19. october 2025

Join us for a unique culinary adventure at Jakob’s Lodge, surrounded by the pristine nature of the Pokljuka plateau.

Two evenings will be dedicated to top gastronomy, guided by two top chefs and MasterChef winners – Zala Pungeršič and Anže Kuplenik.

Friday evening: Anže Kuplenik takes the stage with his creative signature dishes.
Saturday evening: Zala Pungeršič will surprise you with her extraordinary approach to seasonal flavors.

Each evening tells its own story and each menu brings an exclusive experience. The full menu will be revealed shortly.

To elevate the weekend even further, on Saturday morning roaster Luka will introduce you to the world of specialty coffee. You’ll learn about roasting, the delicate art of sensory cupping and even train your senses to recognize flavors hidden in every bean. This will be the first-ever sensory cupping on Pokljuka, and a one-of-a-kind experience not to be missed.
